Terms of Service

Two Hour Minimum

When booking any labor services we do require a 2 hour minimum. If we complete your services in less than that time, you are still responsible for the full amount of the two hour minimum.

Estimates

Please be as accurate as possible when describing your move. Estimates are subject to change if the job takes longer or less time than originally estimated. Some factors that can change estimates include but are not limited to. Customers not being prepared for move, items not being properly packed, incorrect information given to us, weather, traffic, long hallways, slow elevators & heavy use of elevators during move, long distances to walk to and from truck.

Payment

When ordering any services, payment is due same day at the time of completion of your service. We accept cash, venmo, cash app, & checks.

Scheduled Times

When scheduling a move time, it is an estimated time window. We will do everything in our power to get there between the estimated time frame, but if we are running early or late we will let you know ASAP.

Valuable Items

Please note that OnOn Inc. will not be held responsible for any valuable items such as jewelry, medicine, currency, documents, or any other priceless items. These items should be packed by you and you are responsible for their safe keeping.

Specialty Items

Game tables, pianos, hot tubs, safes, heavy workout equipment….ETC, may be subject to a “specialty item fee”. Unless otherwise agreed upon.

Transportation

If you choose to use OnOn Inc Moving services and do not have us transport it with a company vehicle, we the company and individuals of OnOn Inc Moving will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost items during transit. Our process is simple we will pack any vehicle, portable storage unit or trailer you like and before shipping it off, you the customer will approve the load and the packing. Once approved OnOn Inc will be relieved of any and all responsibility of customer goods.

Inclement Weather

Additional costs may be incurred due to delays in service. While we will work in rain, shine, sleet, snow, we do require that safe walkways are available, meaning walk paths are cleared of snow and ice. It is our choice to delay or reschedule services due to inclement weather.

Firearms

We will not be responsible for any firearms. Please remove any firearms prior to your move.

Elevators

If we will be using a elevator for the move, please make sure you contact your complex management team of the date and time frame for the move so they can prepare the elevator with padding.
